Rank the compounds in an annotated LC-MS / GC-MS export against public evidence (PubChem, ChEMBL, Europe PMC, ClinicalTrials.gov), or screen them for published hazard classifications. Every input row is accounted for; a compound that could not be assessed is listed with its reason, never scored as zero and never taken as safe.
Open this tool from the AGCP dashboard: sign in there and choose Compound Screening in the menu. You are signed in here for 8 hours.
Or, with an access key:
Tick up to 10 ranked compounds. The dashboard opens in a new tab with them ready for its Protocol Generator: it shows each one as PubChem has it, the indication (filled in from this run's focus, changeable per compound) and the brief's settings, and starts nothing until you press Start there. Briefs are written three at a time, a few minutes each.
